In front of the camera’s glare this week is Harlem’s Trap Lord himself, A$AP Ferg, who’s quizzed on the things that matter by Toronto musician Maylee Todd.
Among the many things the A$AP Mob rapper talks about are his artist father and his own definition of himself as an all-round creative. “I’m an innovator,” is what the Harlem hip-hop star prefers. Ferg talks, too, about his relationship with Skrillex and how important it is to avoid following the herd in order to, says Ferg, take “your sonics to the next level.”
It’s a fascinating insight into the minds of one of the world’s most hyped rappers ahead of the release of his second album, Always Strive And Prosper, later in 2016.
